Affordable Pressure Wash Solutions strives to exceed the expectations of our customers. Below are the steps we take to deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

  1. The approximate square footage of deck or dimensions (length & width). If measurements are not available, our customers can also walk on the deck and count the steps from left to right, then from front to back. This would give us an idea of approximate measurements so we may provide a more proximate estimate.
  2. The next available date for scheduling is provided and booked. Homeowners do not need to be home for the service. We just ask that windows are tightly shut and we have access to water spigots. We call a business day before to confirm and provide arrival window.
  3. Once our technicians are on the field, they will remeasure the deck to confirm prices with customer. We also follow non-contact protocols, so communication is via email or phone. However, if a customer wishes to speak with the technician, they may do so because technicians have their masks and practice 6-feet social distancing.
  4. After the services have been rendered, the customer can leave payment behind for the technician. We accept cash, check, or credit card** payment.
  5. A representative will later contact the homeowner to discuss next-steps for sealing, if needed.
